Count them the moment you sign in. If anything is below the range, tell us within 7 days from your order page and we swap the account or refund you. No screenshots, no argument.
When it arrives
Your login stays hidden until you click Show my login. From there we show you how to change the password and the email, so the account belongs only to you — not even to us.
If something goes wrong
You have 7 days. If the login stops working, or you lose access to the account, report it from your order page and we give you another one. The button is on your order from the moment we deliver it. You do not have to search a help centre.
