You are choosing a standard rather than a particular account. We hand you one that meets it — which card you end up with is ours to pick, and anything above the standard is yours anyway. This is the buy when what you want is the unspent currency and a deck that works, and you do not mind which chase card comes with it. It is always available, even when the shelf below is empty.
Every card in it is listed before you pay, so there is nothing to find out afterwards. Sold as-is and to one buyer, which is why the shelf moves: when a listing goes, it is gone rather than restocked. If the card you want is not there today, a guaranteed build is the one that is always there.
