How it works
Five steps. Only two of them need anything from you.
You choose an account and pay
Prices are fixed and shown before you pay. You pay on Stripe, so your card details go to them, never to us. If we have that account ready, we set it aside for you straight away.
If none are ready, we find one
Instead of showing you a button that does nothing, we take your order and go looking. We promise 24 hours. If we are late, we send you an account from whatever we do have — free, and yours to keep — and carry on hunting the one you ordered. You do not need to ask for that. If you would rather have your money back, one button on your order page does it.
Your login stays hidden until you open it
Your order page has one button that shows your login. We never send it by email, and nothing appears until you choose to look. We record the time you click. That is how we prove we delivered it if a payment is ever questioned.
You make it yours
A short checklist shows you how to change the password, change the email, and turn on two-step login. Finish all three and we delete our copy of your login immediately. If you do not, we delete it after 30 days.
You are covered for 7 days
If your account stops working — you lose access to it, or it gets locked — report it from your order page and we give you another one. The button is there from the moment we deliver.
What we check before we sell
Every account on the shelf was bought from a real player and checked before it was listed. The hourglasses, gold and shop tickets in it are untouched — nothing generated, nothing exploited, and no tool or bug involved anywhere in it. We verify all of that, and we verify the amounts against the account itself, so what you read on its page is what you will find when you log in. Anything we cannot stand behind never goes up.
