Questions, answered plainly

Including the ones a shop like this would rather you did not ask.

How fast is delivery?
If we have the account ready, it takes seconds. Your order page opens as soon as Stripe confirms your payment. If we do not have one ready, we find one for you, and we have 24 hours. If we are late, we send you an account from whatever we do have, free, and keep looking for the one you ordered — and you can ask for your money back at any point instead.
What does the guarantee cover?
For 7 days after you mark the account secured — or from delivery if you never get round to it — we give you another one if the login stops working, if you lose access to it, or if it is suspended or locked through nothing you did to it. It also covers contents: count the hourglasses, the gold and the tickets when you first sign in, and if anything is below the range on the page you bought from, that is a claim too. Report it from your order page. Most sellers give you 24 hours from delivery. We think that is too short to find out.
How many packs would I need to get these cards myself?
More than most people expect. At the game's own rates a crown rare turns up about once every 483 packs, and half of players open 335 before they see one — 6 months if you only open the free ones. Our pack odds calculator does the same sum for every rarity, and sometimes it tells you to keep opening rather than buy. That is a real answer too.
What is actually in the account?
In-game currency that was never spent. Every account we sell holds Pack Hourglass, Wonder Hourglass, Poké Gold and Shop Tickets, and the amounts are listed on its page as a range — 4,000-5,000, not "4,000+". You get somewhere in that range, and the numbers are checked against the account itself before it is listed. The God accounts also come with two crown-rare cards already unlocked, which is the one guaranteed difference between the two.
Where do thousands of hourglasses come from?
A real player earned them and never spent them. We buy accounts from players, check them, and list what is in them. Nothing is generated, exploited or taken from anywhere — no tools, no bugs, no tampering. The amounts are verified against the account itself before it goes on sale, so what you read on its page is what you will find when you log in. You can check it yourself the moment it is yours, and if the numbers are not what we said, that is what the guarantee is for.
How does "buy 5, the 6th is free" work?
Buy five accounts of one standard and the sixth of that standard is on us. It is counted per standard, not across the shop — five Basic accounts earn a Basic, five God accounts earn a God — because a free Basic is a much smaller discount on five God accounts than on five Basic ones, and the same word should not mean two different offers. Your count is on your accounts page, and the free account is a button there: press it and it appears in your list like any other, with the same guarantee. Nothing expires. A slab fills when you secure the account — the moment you have changed the email and the password and we have deleted our copy of the login — rather than when you pay, because that is when the sale is actually finished. An order still being found, or delivered and not yet secured, is drawn on the rack as on its way and joins the count when you finish it; if you never do, our thirty-day retention purge finishes it for you and the slab fills then. A refunded order comes back out of the count. A free account does not count towards the next free one. Purchases made through our Shopee shop are counted separately over there, because we have no way to tell that a Shopee buyer and a buyer here are the same person.
What is the Gap Auction?
A game we run twice a day where one account goes up and people fight over it in three sealed rounds — ten minutes, then five, then five. Nobody sees a single bid until the round closes, and the top bid only wins if it clears a gap on the second-highest: five times in round one, two and a half in round two, and simply being highest in round three. Bidding costs nothing. There is no deposit and nothing held on a card. If you win, you pay exactly what you wrote, within 24 hours, and the account arrives with the same guarantee as anything else here. If you do not pay, the win stays up publicly under your bidder name marked unpaid and you are banned from bidding for good — that is the only thing making a no-deposit auction possible, so we mean it. You need one account from us before you can bid; anyone can watch. The full rules are on the auction rules page and you tick to say you have read them before your first bid.
Can I get a refund instead of a replacement?
We give you another account first, because that is faster and you came here for an account, not for money back. If we cannot find you another one in a reasonable time, we refund you. If we are late finding an account you have already paid for, we send you a free one and keep looking — and a refund is one button away whenever you decide you would rather have it.
Is buying a game account against the rules?
The Pokémon TCG Pocket terms do not allow an account to change hands, the same as almost every other game with accounts. If it is ever noticed, what happens is the account gets suspended. Our side of it is clean: these are accounts bought from players and checked by us — nothing generated, nothing exploited, no tools and no tampering, just in-game currency a player earned and never spent. That part we guarantee. Your side is simply to keep it that way: play normally, buy from the in-game shop the normal way, and there is nothing here to worry about. The one thing we cannot cover is an account suspended for cheating or tampering after it reaches you — that falls outside the guarantee, so it is not a refund or a replacement.
How do I make the account only mine?
Change the linked email to one that belongs to you, then change the password. Both steps are on your order page with the exact screens to tap, and they take about two minutes. Once the email is yours the account answers to nothing else.
How long can I see my login credentials?
For 30 days, or until you mark it as secured — whichever happens first. Then we delete our copy. We do not want to keep working passwords, and you do not want us to either.
Do you track me?
We count page views, and that is all. There is no advertising network, no analytics script and no third-party tracker anywhere on this site — the site’s own security policy makes loading one impossible. Counting sets no cookie: a visit is told apart by a hash of your address and browser mixed with a secret and the date, which cannot be turned back into either and is thrown away and remade every night. If you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK a notice asks you about it, and you can say no from anywhere at any time under “your privacy choices” in the footer. Saying no stops it from your next page view.
Do you store my card details?
No. You pay on Stripe’s own page. We never see your card number, and there is nothing card-related in our database for anyone to steal.
What if I buy the wrong account?
Then it is still yours. Every account page says what is in it before you pay — the currency as a range, the cards if there are any — so read it properly, because we do not swap an account, take one back, or replace it because you would rather have bought a different one. Replacements are for accounts that go wrong: a login that stops working, losing access to the account through no fault of yours, a suspension you did not cause. Not for a change of mind. If you want a bigger one, buy it — it arrives as its own account alongside this one.
Are you affiliated with Nintendo or The Pokémon Company?
No. We are an independent shop with no relationship to Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures, GAME FREAK or DeNA. All trademarks belong to their owners.
