Togepi is a Basic Psychic-type Pokémon with 50 HP, weak to Metal and a retreat cost of 1. It is card 063 of 207 in Space-Time Smackdown, printed at Common, and it turns up in the Dialga and Palkia packs. 140 cards in the expansion are rarer than this one. The art is by Narumi Sato, who has 20 other cards in the game.
The shell seems to be filled with joy. It is said that it will share good luck when treated kindly.
