Nosepass is a Basic Fighting-type Pokémon with 80 HP, weak to Grass and a retreat cost of 3. It is card 042 of 96 in Triumphant Light, printed at Common, and it turns up in the Arceus pack. 65 cards in the expansion are rarer than this one. The art is by Satoshi Shirai, who has 17 other cards in the game.
It moves less than an inch a year, but when it’s in a jam, it will spin and drill down into the ground in a split second.
