It is card 134 of 239 in Celestial Guardians, printed at Common, and it turns up in the Solgaleo and Lunala packs. It evolves from Pikipek. 173 cards in the expansion are rarer than this one. The art is by Kouki Saitou, who has 82 other cards in the game.
It can bend the tip of its beak to produce over a hundred different cries at will.
