It is card 050 of 241 in Wisdom of Sea and Sky, printed at Uncommon, and it turns up in the Ho-Oh pack. It evolves from Marill. 124 cards in the expansion are rarer than this one. Opening for it means about 81 packs to be reasonably sure of one, which at 2 free packs a day is 6 weeks. The art is by Naoyo Kimura, who has 55 other cards in the game.
Its long ears are superb sensors. It can distinguish the movements of things in water and tell what they are.
