The short version
Smoochum is a Basic Psychic-type Pokémon with 30 HP, weak to none and a retreat cost of 0. It is card 075 of 241 in Wisdom of Sea and Sky, printed at Rare, and it turns up in the Ho-Oh pack. 90 cards in the expansion are rarer than this one.
