Pansage is a Basic Grass-type Pokémon with 60 HP, weak to Fire and a retreat cost of 1. It is card 013 of 331 in Mega Rising, printed at Common, and it turns up in the Mega Gyarados pack. 232 cards in the expansion are rarer than this one. The art is by Jerky, who has 20 other cards in the game.
It’s good at finding berries and gathers them from all over. It’s kind enough to share them with friends.
