The short version
Lotad is a Basic Water-type Pokémon with 60 HP, weak to Lightning and a retreat cost of 1. It is card 053 of 331 in Mega Rising, printed at Common, and it turns up in the Mega Altaria pack. 232 cards in the expansion are rarer than this one. The art is by Atsuko Nishida, who has 37 other cards in the game.
Its leaf grew too large for it to live on land. That is how it began to live floating in the water.
