Sandygast is a Basic Fighting-type Pokémon with 80 HP, weak to Grass and a retreat cost of 2. It is card 143 of 331 in Mega Rising, printed at Common, and it turns up in the Mega Altaria, Mega Blaziken and Mega Gyarados packs. 232 cards in the expansion are rarer than this one. The art is by Yukiko Baba, who has 37 other cards in the game.
It flings sand into the eyes of its prey and tries to close in on them while they’re blinded, but since Sandygast is so slow, the prey tends to escape.
