The short version
Veluza is a Basic Water-type Pokémon with 100 HP, weak to Lightning and a retreat cost of 2. It is card 031 of 131 in Paldean Wonders, printed at Uncommon, and it turns up in the Paldean pack. 55 cards in the expansion are rarer than this one.
