Oshawott is a Basic Water-type Pokémon with 60 HP, weak to Lightning and a retreat cost of 1. It is card 042 of 233 in Ruler of the Skies, printed at Common, and it turns up in the Ruler of the Skies pack. 167 cards in the expansion are rarer than this one. The art is by kurumitsu, who has 12 other cards in the game.
It’s said that Oshawott learned to maintain its scalchop with riverbed stones by mimicking humans it saw using whetstones.
