Hisuian Basculin is a Basic Water-type Pokémon with 70 HP, weak to Lightning and a retreat cost of 1. It is card 017 of 110 in Team Rocket’s Ambition, printed at Common, and it turns up in the Team Rocket pack. 78 cards in the expansion are rarer than this one. The art is by Shin Nagasawa, who has 75 other cards in the game.
Its ecology is starkly different from that of other Basculin, so theories that it’s a totally different species have gained traction in recent years.
