Exeggcute is a Basic Grass-type Pokémon with 50 HP, weak to Fire and a retreat cost of 1. It is card 001 of 86 in Mythical Island, printed at Common, and it turns up in the Mew pack. 54 cards in the expansion are rarer than this one. The art is by Yuka Morii, who has 20 other cards in the game.
Though it may look like it’s just a bunch of eggs, it’s a proper Pokémon. Exeggcute communicates with others of its kind via telepathy, apparently.
