The short version

The Mega Shine pack holds 117 cards, all of them from Mega Shine. The pool runs to eleven rarities — 33 Commons, 23 Uncommons, eight Rares, five Double Rares, six Art Rares, seven Super Rares, two Special Art Rares, two Immersive Rares, 24 Shinies, five Shiny Super Rares and two Crown Rares. The best pull in it is Metal Core Barrier #117, a Crown Rare that turns up about once in 966 packs, or 2,500 Pack Points to buy outright. Nine hunts in ten end inside 2,222 packs, which is about 3.0 years at the two free packs a day the game gives you. 109 of them are Pokémon and eight are Trainer cards. Ten of the game’s types are represented, Darkness on more cards than any other. 56 artists drew it, PLANETA CG Works more than anyone else with nine cards. The pack opened with Mega Shine in March 2026.
