Every Carkol card

The short version

Carkol has three printings in Pokémon TCG Pocket, across two expansions — the earliest in Mega Rising and the most recent in Pulsing Aura. It is a Stage 1 Fighting-type Pokémon printed at between 90 and 100 HP, weak to Grass, with a retreat cost of 3. They run to two rarities — two Uncommons and one Art Rare. The hardest to pull is the Art Rare from Pulsing Aura, at about 1 in 186 packs, or 400 Pack Points to buy outright. Nine hunts in ten end inside 427 packs, which is about 7 months at the two free packs a day the game gives you. The printings come out of the Pulsing Aura and Mega Gyarados packs. The most recent is Carkol #093, from an expansion that shipped in April 2026. That printing attacks with Hammer In for 50. The card’s own words: “Due to the coal tar created inside it, the heap of coal on Carkol’s back never falls apart, even when the Pokémon rolls around at high speeds.” It has been drawn by three artists.
