The short version

Iron Hands has one printing in Pokémon TCG Pocket, in Paradox Drive. It is a Basic Lightning-type Pokémon with 120 HP, weak to Fighting, with a retreat cost of 3. The only printing is a Common. A Common has no rare-slot rate to quote — it fills the slots every pack is guaranteed to have, so opening the right expansion at all will turn one up. It comes out of the Paradox Drive pack. That expansion shipped in May 2026. It attacks with Successive Slapping, which costs two Lightning and one Colorless energy and hits for 70x. Flip 2 coins. This attack does 70 damage for each heads.
