The short version
Jumpluff has six printings in Pokémon TCG Pocket, across three expansions — the earliest in Wisdom of Sea and Sky and the most recent in Deluxe Pack: ex. It is a Stage 2 Grass-type Pokémon printed at between 120 and 160 HP, weak to Fire, with a retreat cost of 1. They run to four rarities — three Rares, one Double Rare, one Super Rare and one Special Art Rare. The hardest to pull is the Special Art Rare from Secluded Springs, at about 1 in 154 packs, or 1,250 Pack Points to buy outright. Nine hunts in ten end inside 355 packs, which is about 6 months at the two free packs a day the game gives you. The printings come out of the Deluxe, Secluded and Ho-Oh packs. The most recent is Jumpluff #018, from an expansion that shipped in September 2025. That printing carries the ability Fluffy Flight and attacks with Spinning Attack for 60. The card’s own words: “Jumpluff travels on seasonal winds. Once its cotton spores run out, its journey ends, as does its life.” It has been drawn by three artists, Kagemaru Himeno more than anyone else with three cards.
