The short version

Mega Houndoom has one printing in Pokémon TCG Pocket, in Promo B. It is a Stage 1 Fire-type Pokémon with 190 HP, weak to Water, with a retreat cost of 2. The only printing is a Double Rare. The hardest to pull is the Double Rare from Promo B, at about 1 in 132 packs, or 500 Pack Points to buy outright. Nine hunts in ten end inside 304 packs, which is about 5 months at the two free packs a day the game gives you. It comes out of the B Series Vol. 11 pack. That expansion shipped in October 2025. It attacks with Grimhound Flare, which costs two Fire and one Colorless energy and hits for 80x. Flip 3 coins. This attack does 80 damage for each heads. It is drawn by PLANETA CG Works.
