Every Mega Pinsir card

The short version

Mega Pinsir has three printings in Pokémon TCG Pocket, all of them in Mega Rising. It is a Basic Grass-type Pokémon with 170 HP, weak to Fire, with a retreat cost of 2. They run to three rarities — one Double Rare, one Super Rare and one Special Art Rare. The hardest to pull is the Special Art Rare from Mega Rising, at about 1 in 460 packs, or 1,250 Pack Points to buy outright. Nine hunts in ten end inside 1,059 packs, which is about 1.5 years at the two free packs a day the game gives you. The printings come out of the Mega Blaziken pack. The most recent is Mega Pinsir ex #002, from an expansion that shipped in October 2025. That printing attacks with Critical Scissors for 80+. It has been drawn by two artists, PLANETA CG Works more than anyone else with two cards.
