The short version
Octillery has two printings in Pokémon TCG Pocket, all of them in Wisdom of Sea and Sky. It is a Stage 1 Water-type Pokémon with 100 HP, weak to Lightning, with a retreat cost of 2. They run to two rarities — one Rare and one Art Rare. The hardest to pull is the Art Rare from Wisdom of Sea and Sky, at about 1 in 186 packs, or 400 Pack Points to buy outright. Nine hunts in ten end inside 427 packs, which is about 7 months at the two free packs a day the game gives you. The printings come out of the Lugia pack. The most recent is Octillery #056, from an expansion that shipped in July 2025. That printing attacks with Octazooka, which costs two Water energy and hits for 50. If the Defending Pokémon tries to use an attack, your opponent flips a coin. If tails, that attack doesn't happen. This effect lasts until the Defending Pokémon leaves the Active Spot, and it doesn't stack. The card’s own words: “Its instinct is to bury itself in holes. It often steals the nesting holes of others to sleep in them.” It has been drawn by two artists.
