Every Paldean Clodsire card

The short version

Paldean Clodsire has seven printings in Pokémon TCG Pocket, across five expansions — the earliest in Shining Revelry and the most recent in Promo B. It is a Stage 1 Darkness-type Pokémon printed at between 120 and 160 HP, weak to Fighting, with a retreat cost of 3. They run to six rarities — one Uncommon, one Rare, two Double Rares, one Super Rare, one Special Art Rare and one Shiny Super Rare. The hardest to pull is the Shiny Super Rare from Secluded Springs, at about 1 in 240 packs, or 1,350 Pack Points to buy outright. Nine hunts in ten end inside 551 packs, which is about 9 months at the two free packs a day the game gives you. The printings come out of the Paldean, Deluxe, Secluded and Shining packs. The most recent is Paldean Clodsire #040, from an expansion that shipped in October 2025. That printing attacks with Muddy Hammer for 70. The card’s own words: “It lives at the bottom of ponds and swamps. It will carry Wooper on its back and ferry them across water from one shore to the other.” It has been drawn by five artists, PLANETA Igarashi more than anyone else with two cards.
