Every Pidgey card

The short version

Pidgey has seven printings in Pokémon TCG Pocket, across six expansions — the earliest in Genetic Apex and the most recent in Promo B. It is a Basic Colorless-type Pokémon printed at between 50 and 60 HP, weak to Lightning, with a retreat cost of 1. They run to two rarities — six Commons and one Shiny. The hardest to pull is the Shiny from Extradimensional Crisis, at about 1 in 279 packs, or 1,000 Pack Points to buy outright. Nine hunts in ten end inside 643 packs, which is about 11 months at the two free packs a day the game gives you. The printings come out of eight different packs. The most recent is Pidgey #005, from an expansion that shipped in October 2025. That printing attacks with Peck for 30. The card’s own words: “It is docile and prefers to avoid conflict. If disturbed, however, it can ferociously strike back.” It has been drawn by five artists, Shigenori Negishi more than anyone else with three cards.
