The short version

Polteageist has two printings in Pokémon TCG Pocket, across two expansions — the earliest in Fantastical Parade and the most recent in Team Rocket’s Ambition. It is a Stage 1 Psychic-type Pokémon with 70 HP, weak to Darkness, with a retreat cost of 1. They run to two rarities — one Uncommon and one Shiny. The hardest to pull is the Shiny from Team Rocket’s Ambition, at about 1 in 279 packs, or 1,000 Pack Points to buy outright. Nine hunts in ten end inside 643 packs, which is about 11 months at the two free packs a day the game gives you. The printings come out of the Team Rocket and Gardevoir packs. The most recent is Polteageist #101, from an expansion that shipped in August 2026. That printing carries the ability Refreshing Tea: Once during your turn, when you play this Pokémon from your hand to evolve 1 of your Pokémon, you may have your opponent shuffle their hand into their deck. For each remaining point that your opponent needs to win, they draw a card. It attacks with Spooky Shot, which costs one Psychic energy and hits for 40. The card’s own words: “These Pokémon multiply by creeping into teapots and pouring themselves into leftover tea.” It has been drawn by two artists.
