Every Quilava card

3 printings across 2 expansions. Evolves from Cyndaquil, and into Typhlosion.

The short version

Quilava has three printings in Pokémon TCG Pocket, across two expansions — the earliest in Wisdom of Sea and Sky and the most recent in Ruler of the Skies. It is a Stage 1 Fire-type Pokémon with 80 HP, weak to Water, with a retreat cost of 1. They run to two rarities — two Uncommons and one Art Rare. The hardest to pull is the Art Rare from Ruler of the Skies, at about 1 in 186 packs, or 400 Pack Points to buy outright. Nine hunts in ten end inside 427 packs, which is about 7 months at the two free packs a day the game gives you. The printings come out of the Ruler of the Skies and Lugia packs. The most recent is Quilava #025, from an expansion that shipped in July 2026. That printing attacks with Heat Wave for 30. The card’s own words: “The fur covering this Pokémon’s body never burns, no matter what. It can shrug off any kind of fire attack.” It has been drawn by three artists.
