Every Tatsugiri card

The short version

Tatsugiri has four printings in Pokémon TCG Pocket, across three expansions — the earliest in Shining Revelry and the most recent in Promo B. It is a Basic Water-type Pokémon with 70 HP, weak to Lightning, with a retreat cost of 1. They run to three rarities — one Common, two Uncommons and one Art Rare. The hardest to pull is the Art Rare from Shining Revelry, at about 1 in 47 packs, or 400 Pack Points to buy outright. Nine hunts in ten end inside 106 packs, which is about 8 weeks at the two free packs a day the game gives you. The printings come out of the B Series Vol. 5, Paldean and Shining packs. The most recent is Tatsugiri #036, from an expansion that shipped in October 2025. That printing attacks with Rally Back for 20+. The card’s own words: “Tatsugiri is an extremely cunning Pokémon. It feigns weakness to lure in prey, then orders its partner to attack.” It has been drawn by four artists.
