The short version
Team Rocket’s Mewtwo has one printing in Pokémon TCG Pocket, in Team Rocket’s Ambition. It is a Basic Psychic-type Pokémon with 100 HP, weak to Darkness, with a retreat cost of 2. The only printing is a Rare. The hardest to pull is the Rare from Team Rocket’s Ambition, at about 1 in 32 packs, or 150 Pack Points to buy outright. Nine hunts in ten end inside 74 packs, which is about 5 weeks at the two free packs a day the game gives you. It comes out of the Team Rocket pack. That expansion shipped in August 2026. It attacks with Psychic Explosion, which costs two Psychic and one Colorless energy and hits for 130. This Pokémon also does 70 damage to itself.
