Every Haunter card

The short version

Haunter has eight printings in Pokémon TCG Pocket, across six expansions — the earliest in Genetic Apex and the most recent in Promo A. It is a Stage 1 Psychic and Darkness-type Pokémon printed at between 70 and 80 HP, weak to Darkness, with a retreat cost of 1. They run to three rarities — two Commons, four Uncommons and two Shinies. The hardest to pull is the Shiny from Celestial Guardians, at about 1 in 559 packs, or 1,000 Pack Points to buy outright. Nine hunts in ten end inside 1,285 packs, which is about 1.8 years at the two free packs a day the game gives you. The printings come out of six different packs. The most recent is Haunter #020, from an expansion that shipped in October 2024. That printing attacks with Surprise Attack for 50. The card’s own words: “It likes to lurk in the dark and tap shoulders with a gaseous hand. Its touch causes endless shuddering.” It has been drawn by seven artists, Nisota Niso more than anyone else with two cards.
