Every Plusle card

The short version

Plusle has three printings in Pokémon TCG Pocket, across three expansions — the earliest in Fantastical Parade and the most recent in Promo B. It is a Basic Lightning-type Pokémon with 70 HP, weak to Fighting, with a retreat cost of 1. They run to two rarities — two Commons and one Shiny. The hardest to pull is the Shiny from Ruler of the Skies, at about 1 in 559 packs, or 1,000 Pack Points to buy outright. Nine hunts in ten end inside 1,285 packs, which is about 1.8 years at the two free packs a day the game gives you. The printings come out of the B Series Vol. 4, Ruler of the Skies and Gardevoir packs. The most recent is Plusle #027, from an expansion that shipped in October 2025. That printing attacks with Electric Tail for 10. The card’s own words: “This Pokémon absorbs electricity from telephone poles. It shorts out the electricity stored inside its body to create noises.” It has been drawn by three artists.
