Arcanine is a Stage 1 Fire-type Pokémon with 120 HP, weak to Water and a retreat cost of 3. It is card 013 of 94 in Promo B, printed at Common, and it turns up in the B Series Vol. 2 pack. It evolves from Growlithe. 61 cards in the expansion are rarer than this one. The art is by Atsuko Nishida, who has 37 other cards in the game.
Its magnificent bark conveys a sense of majesty. Anyone hearing it can’t help but grovel before it.
